Ingredients

  • 750 ml wine, white
  • 250 ml water
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 200 g suar
  • 1 packet custard powder (vanilla)

Instructions

  1. Put the white wine and water in a microwave pot with a capacity of at least approx. 2.25 l.
  2. Mix eggs, sugar and vanilla pudding powder together well and stir into the liquid. Cook for approx. 10 - 12 minutes at 600 watts. Stir every 3 minutes (important!).
  3. Serve well chilled as a dessert.
