Ingredients

  • 1 kg ground beef
  • 2 glasses Letscho, approx. 700 g each
  • 2 small Can corn
  • 2 cans kidney beans approx. 400 g each
  • Salt and pepper
  • paprika powder
  • possibly chili powder if required

Instructions

  1. First season the minced meat with salt and pepper and fry well in a hot pan. Deglaze with Letscho and reduce everything a little, then add the kidney beans and corn. Reduce again and season to taste.
  2. It is best to let it rest for a day before consumption.
  3. It tastes best warm and served with a slice of bread.
