Ingredients
Directions
- Soak gelatin in cold boiled water for 30 minutes, then put on a sieve.
- Boil milk, add sugar, add vanilla sugar.
- Add the swollen gelatin to hot milk and, stirring, heat until the gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat, cool.
- Put canned apricots into a vase (bowl), pour over them with milk mixture.
- Put the jelly in the refrigerator. When hardened, you can serve.
