Milk Jelly with Apricots

Milk jelly with canned fruits.

Ingredients

  • milk 100 g
  • gelatin 4 g
  • canned apricots 4 pcs.
  • sugar (to taste) 30 g
  • vanilla sugar to taste

Directions

  1. Soak gelatin in cold boiled water for 30 minutes, then put on a sieve.
  2. Boil milk, add sugar, add vanilla sugar.
  3. Add the swollen gelatin to hot milk and, stirring, heat until the gelatin dissolves. Remove from heat, cool.
  4. Put canned apricots into a vase (bowl), pour over them with milk mixture.
  5. Put the jelly in the refrigerator. When hardened, you can serve.
