Milk Noodle Soup

Ingredients

  • Milk – 1 l
  • Vermicelli (from durum wheat) – 150 g
  • Sugar – 50 g
  • Oil – 20 g
  • Salt – 1 pinch

Directions

  1. Let’s prepare the ingredients for the milk soup with noodles.
  2. Dip the vermicelli in boiling salted water and cook according to the instructions on the package until almost cooked (4-6).
  3. Boil the milk separately over low heat (so that the milk does not burn, you can first pour some cold water on the bottom of the saucepan).
  4. Drain the finished vermicelli.
  5. Add milk, sugar and cook for about 3-8 minutes (until the vermicelli is cooked) over low heat.
  6. Add butter to a plate with ready-made milk soup with noodles.
