Instructions

  1. Put the milk in a saucepan that fits on the small hob. Put the pasta in the milk at room temperature. Warm the milk with the noodles on a low heat. Be careful not to burn the milk! To prevent this from happening, the bottom of the pot must first be moistened with a little tap water. And don`t forget to keep stirring!
  2. As soon as the milk is a little warmer than lukewarm, add the sugar. And keep stirring! The pasta is ready when a small teaspoon is inserted and left to stand.
  3. Sugar and cinnamon are only added when the milk noodles are portioned in two small bowls. But then plenty.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
