Milk Sauce

Most recipes for mashed potatoes and pasta begin with making milk sauce. In fact, this sauce is extremely simple and easy to prepare. It contains only three ingredients: milk, butter, and flour.

Ingredients

  • Milk – 2 Glasses
  • Butter – 175 Grams
  • Flour – 140 Grams

Directions

  1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. Gradually, stir in the sifted flour.
  3. Stir and heat until the mixture is thick and smooth.
  4. Add milk, bring to a boil. Stir until the sauce is smooth, without lumps.
  5. The milk sauce is ready! Feel free to add to dishes.
