  1. If the dates are too hard, it is advisable to soak them in hot water for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Cut the dates in half. Take out the bones. Place the peeled dates in a blender bowl.
  3. Peel the banana, cut it into circles, and add to the dates.
  4. Beat at high speed for 30-35 seconds.
  5. Pour in milk.
  6. Whisk again until smooth.
  7. Pour the ready-made banana and date milkshake immediately into glasses and serve. Bon Appetit!
