Ingredients
- 300 g millet
- 1 large onion (s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 carrot (s)
- 150 g mushrooms
- some stalks parsley
- 3 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 tablespoon tomato paste
- 100 ml wine
- 200 ml vegetable stock
- 0.5 ½ cup sour cream
- 50 ml cream
- Worcester sauce
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, hot as rose

- Wash the millet and cook according to the instructions on the packet.
- Cut the vegetables into small cubes. Heat the olive oil in a large pan and sauté the vegetables. Add the tomato paste and stir. Then pour in the wine and vegetable stock and let it boil down a little.
- Finally add the sour cream, cream and parsley, season with the spices. Add the millet and mix everything.
- A fresh leaf salad tastes good with it.
