Ingredients

  • 250 g millet, cooked
  • 75 g onion (s), finely diced
  • 20 g mararine
  • 25 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 2 g cumin
  • 2 g curry
  • 1 g coriander
  • 5 g salt

For the sauce:

  • 100 g yourt
  • 100 g sour cream
  • 50 g cream
  • 5 g salt
  • 3 g suar
  • 2 g mint, dried nano mint

Instructions

  1. For the falafel:
  2. Form small balls (2-3 cm in diameter) from the cooked millet with the egg, breadcrumbs, margarine, onion and spices.
  3. Fry in the deep fryer at 160 degrees for 10 minutes.
  4. For the yogurt sauce:
  5. Mix the yogurt, sour cream and cream and mix with salt, sugar and nano mint.
  6. It tastes best with a little salad in a wrap.
