  • 200 ml millet
  • 50 ml buckwheat
  • 400 ml water
  • 1 small onion (s)
  • 2 teaspoons broth, grainy
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
  • Oil (vegetable oil), for frying
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper

Instructions

  1. Bring the grain to the boil in a saucepan with the water. Add the chopped onion and the remaining spices, simmer until the water is completely absorbed by the grain. Stir every now and then. Let the resulting pulp cool down and then shape into small patties with your hands. Then fry them in a little oil in the pan.
