Sunny millet porridge is very useful. It is prepared with both milk and mushrooms. Great side dish. The easiest way is to cook millet porridge with mushrooms in a slow cooker.

Ingredients
Millet – 1.5 multi-glasses
Champignon mushrooms (or oyster mushrooms) – 200-300 g
Bulb onions – 1-2 pcs.
Butter – 50 g
Sour cream – 50 g
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Spices (favorite) – to taste
Water (boiling water) – 4 multi-glasses
How to cook millet porridge with mushrooms in a slow cooker:
Directions
Boil the kettle. Pour boiling water over millet for 10-15 minutes. Drain the water.
Peel the onion, wash, cut into half rings or cubes.
Wash, peel, cut into slices or cubes of mushrooms.
In a frying pan or a multicooker bowl (“Fry” mode) fry the onion with mushrooms, stirring for about 3-4 minutes.
Add millet. Season with salt and pepper. Mix.
Put the millet in a multicooker bowl. Pour boiling water (2 fingers above the cereal). Switch on the “Milk porridge/cereals” mode and cook millet porridge with mushrooms in a slow cooker for 50 minutes.
Millet porridge in a slow cooker is ready. Drizzle with sour cream, stir and serve.
