Ingredients

  • 175 g flour
  • 60 g cornstarch, (Mondamin)

  • 200 ml condensed milk 7.5%

Instructions

  1. Mix together butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until creamy, then add the eggs and whip until frothy.
  2. Mix the flour, mondamin and baking powder and stir in, sieved by spoonfuls. Add condensed milk and stir in.
  3. Pour the dough into a greased cake base form - 30cm Ø - and bake in a preheated oven at 160 ° C for about 20-25 minutes.
