Ingredients

  • 250 g minced meat
  • 1 small Head cauliflower
  • 1 ½ liter vegetable stock
  • 2 tablespoon processed cheese, (processed herb cheese)
  • 1 bunch chives

Instructions

  1. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces, wash well.
  2. Fry the minced meat and add the vegetable stock. Add cauliflower and simmer for about 10-15 minutes. Then melt the herb cheese in it and add the chives.
