Ingredients

  • 600 g minced meat, half beef, half pork
  • 1 medium onion (s), diced
  • 4 cloves garlic, finely diced
  • 650 ml meat stock
  • 100 ml red wine
  • 1 red pepper (s), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 bell pepper (s), yellow, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 green pepper (s), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 100 g tomato paste
  • 1 pinch chili powder
  • 0.5 ½ teaspoon, sprinkled paprika, hot as rose
  • 0.5 ½ teaspoon, leveled salt
  • 0.5 ½ teaspoon, heaped pepper
  • 250 g pasta (Spirelli)
  • possibly oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat with the onions and garlic. Braise the paprika. Deglaze with red wine and stock. Add the tomato paste, the spices and the pasta.
  2. Close the pressure cooker and cook for 8-10 minutes from the appearance of the 2nd ring.
  3. Season to taste as desired.
