Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 2 tablespoon breadcrumbs
  • 1 pack dough (potato dumpling dough) from the refrigerated shelf
  • 2 cups sweet cream
  • 1 tablespoon broth, clear, instant
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon chives, cut into rolls
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 bag cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Mix the minced meat with the egg and breadcrumbs and season with salt and pepper. Form dumplings weighing approx. 50 g each from the seasoned minced meat and dumpling and place them alternately in a baking dish.
  2. Mix the cream, clear broth, 1 teaspoon salt and pepper and pour over the dumplings. Drain the mushrooms and spread over them.
  3. Make the herb butter from approx. 2 tablespoons of soft butter, 1 teaspoon each of chives, 1 teaspoon parsley and a pinch of salt and distribute in flakes over the mushrooms. Now sprinkle the cheese on top and bake in the oven at 180 ° C for 40 - 45 minutes.
