Ingredients

  • 1 roll, stale
  • 2 tablespoon parsley
  • 1 onion (s)
  • 20 g butter
  • 250 g minced meat
  • 2 egg (s)
  • 100 g sauerkraut, rouhly chopped
  • 80 g ham, cooked, cut into cubes
  • 80 g cheese, rated (Emmentaler)
  • 300 g puff pastry, frozen
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

  1. Soak the bun. Finely chop parsley and onion and fry, squeeze out the roll.
  2. Put the rolls, parsley, onion, minced meat, 1 egg, salt, pepper and paprika in a bowl. Add the sauerkraut, ham and cheese and mix everything well.
  3. Roll out the defrosted puff pastry into a thin sheet of approx. 35 cm x 30 cm. Spread the meat dough evenly on top, leaving an approx. 1 cm wide edge. Roll up the plate lengthways. Whisk the second egg and brush the puff pastry roll with it.
  4. Bake for about 1 hour at 180 ° C.
