Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ small bell pepper (s), finely diced
- 1 small onion (s), finely diced
- 200 g cheese (e.. Gouda), rated or vean cheese
- 1 pck. Of pizza dough from the refrigerated shelf
- 5 tablespoons canned or strained tomato (s) or 1/2 glass pizza sauce
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon pizza seasoning or oregano
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
- 1 pinch (s) pepper

- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Put the diced vegetables in a bowl, then add the tomatoes or the pizza sauce (usually included with the pizza dough), the tomato paste and the spices and mix well.
- Cut the pizza dough into pieces - either to fit the muffin pan or as desired (for me it was 15, I made flat, square mini pizzas out of the remaining 3 pieces of dough) and press into the hollows of the muffin pan. The corners protrude a bit, if you don`t want that, you can cut them out.
- Spread the filling on the pizzas and cover with cheese. Then bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes.
- Great as a cold snack to take away, as a full meal or as a party snack.
