Instructions

  1. Place 2 slices of raw ham crosswise in a muffin pan (I use silicone molds for this). Now put an egg in each and, depending on your taste, diced paprika, tomato or other vegetable, spring onions, etc. Season with a little salt (ham is salty!), Pepper and possibly herbs.
  2. Place in the microwave for 3 minutes at 700 watts, then the egg is still creamy in the middle.
