Instructions

  1. Weigh out 300 g of flour and add 2 to 3 tablespoons of sugar, set aside.
  2. Beat the four eggs in a bowl, add a good pinch of salt and whisk with the hand mixer on the highest setting. After 2 minutes add about 75 ml of oil, add the packet of baking powder and after another 2 minutes add 300 ml of milk, gradually adding flour and sugar.
  3. Preheat a pan to medium temperature. Add enough oil, the base should be covered, and add three dough balls per production. The amount of dough is enough for me for a total of 15 pieces.
  4. Turn the pancakes a little after a few seconds. If bubbles form around the edge, turn and bake again for 1 to 2 minutes.
  5. The finished pancakes can be kept warm in the oven at around 100 ° C. Serve warm.
