Ingredients

  • 100 ml water
  • 15 mint leaves, fresh
  • 1 liter mineral water
  • 4 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoon sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat 100 ml water with the 15 fresh mint leaves over medium-high heat until boiling (2-3 minutes).
  2. Remove from heat, strain out the mint leaves, and discard.
  3. Stir in the 3 tablespoons sugar and 4 tablespoons lemon juice.
  4. Let cool to room temperature (30-45 minutes).
  5. Pour into a pitcher and add the 1 liter mineral water.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  7. Serve over ice cubes.
