Ingredients

  • 1 bunch mint
  • 0.5 ½ small onion (s)
  • 300 g natural yourt
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 pinch (s) salt

Instructions

  1. Pluck the mint leaves and roughly cut half an onion. Put the mint leaves, onion pieces and half of the yoghurt in a container and puree to a smooth, fine mixture. Mix the mixture with the rest of the yoghurt and the sour cream. Season to taste with salt.
  2. Perfect with papadams (Indian lentil cakes).
