Instructions

  1. Wash the lemon, pat dry (about 1 min), and finely grate the peel. Rinse the mint, pat dry (about 1 min), and pluck off the leaves. Blend the mint leaves, rock sugar, and lemon peel together until finely combined to create mint sugar.
  2. Wash and clean the strawberries, then cut them in half or into quarters depending on size. In a bowl, finely mash 150 g strawberries with the orange liqueur until smooth. Mix in the remaining strawberries. Divide the mixture between serving plates.
  3. Whip the cream to soft peaks (about 2–3 minutes). Top each serving with whipped cream. Sprinkle with mint sugar and serve immediately.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
