Ingredients

  • 300 g natural yourt, low in fat
  • 15 mint leaves (small leaves)
  • 1 pear (s)
  • 1 apple
  • 1 tablespoon syrup, (agave syrup), alternatively honey

Instructions

  1. Rinse the mint leaves and roughly chop them.
  2. Stir the chopped mint into the yogurt and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, or overnight.
  3. Wash the apple and pear. Core them and cut into cubes, peeling if desired.
  4. Mix the fruit cubes with the mint yogurt and sweeten with 1 tablespoon agave syrup or honey.
