Ingredients

  • 500 g steak (s), (minute steaks)
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon whipped cream or cremefine
  • 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
  • 800 g beans, reen
  • 1 onion (s), red
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon thyme, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon chili sauce
  • 75 g ham, diced

Instructions

  1. Briefly wash the meat in cold water and pat dry.
  2. Mix the curry, paprika, cayenne, oil, cream and ketchup together. Cover the minute steaks with the marinade and let them steep.
  3. Clean the beans, cut into bite-sized pieces and cook until firm to the bite in salted water, then drain.
  4. Finely chop the onion, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil. Sauté the onion until translucent and then add the diced ham. Add the cooked beans and toss the whole thing through. Season with a little salt, the chilli sauce, the chilli flakes and the thyme.
  5. Heat a coated pan and fry the marinated minute steaks on both sides without adding any oil.
