Ingredients

  • g 1,000 mirabelle plums
  • 2 sachets vanilla sugar
  • 1 lemon (s), add the juice from it
  • 500 g preservin suar, 2: 1

Instructions

  1. Wash and stone the mirabelle plums, mix with the sugar and lemon juice in a large saucepan and heat while stirring until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from the hob and puree finely with the cutting stick. Now pass the mixture through a hair sieve, return it to the saucepan and cook for 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
  2. Immediately fill into prepared screw-top jars and close.
