Ingredients
- 900 g mirabelle plums - pulp
- 350 g rock suar, white
- 1 liter vodka
- 2 large vanilla pods

- Slightly chop the pulp of the pitted mirabelle plums and place in a large, bulbous container. Add rock sugar and sliced vanilla pods. Fill up with a liter of vodka and let it steep for about 1 month.
- Then strain through a sieve covered with kitchen paper and fill into beautiful bottles.
