How nice it is to eat a plate of delicious cold okroshka on a hot summer day. There are many recipes for making okroshka. We offer you a recipe for a popular and beloved cold soup – prefabricated meat okroshka.
Ingredients
Whey or kvass – 1.8 l
Boiled beef – 300 g
Ham – 200 g
Cucumbers – 350 g
Green onions – 200 g
Sour cream – 250 g
Hard-boiled eggs – 3 pcs.
Ready-made mustard – 10 g
Dill – bunch
Lemon (juice) – 1 pc.
Sugar – 3 teaspoon
Salt – 3 teaspoon
How to cook mixed meat okroshka:
Directions
Peel the green onion, wash and chop finely. (For 6 servings of okroshka, we need 150-200 grams of green onions.) Put the onion in a bowl, add 3 teaspoons of salt. Grind the onion and salt until the juice appears.
Add 250 grams of sour cream, mix. Add 10 grams of ready-made mustard, 3 teaspoons of sugar, mix.
Grind 3 hard-boiled eggs. We send to a bowl, mix.
While stirring, pour in 1.8 liters of whey or kvass.
Add the juice of one lemon or to taste.
Wash and peel 250 grams of cucumbers. Cut the cucumbers into cubes and add to the okroshka.
Grind and add 350 grams of boiled beef to okroshka.
Cut 250 grams of ham into cubes, send to a bowl. (You can use any meat product of your choice, for a total of 600 grams.)
We mix.
Mine, chop a bunch of greens, we add dill, you can add any greens to your taste.
