  • 300 g flour (rye flour)
  • 300 g flour (wheat flour)
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar (apple cider vinegar)
  • 30 g yeast, fresh
  • 0.5 liter ½ water, lukewarm

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the yeast in a little water (skimmed off the 1/2 liter). Put the finely ground rye and wheat flour in a mixing bowl and stir all the ingredients together. Let the dough rise for an hour and then knead again.
  2. Put the mixture in a greased loaf pan. Bake in the preheated oven for approx. 1 hour at 200 ° C. Tip: A fireproof bowl with water in the oven helps the dough rise better.
