Ingredients

  • 1 bottle schnapps (grain)
  • 3 bars chocolate, (mocha cream)
  • 2 cups cream
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the chocolate in the hot cream. Add (vanilla) sugar. Mix everything with the grain (hand mixer). Pour the liqueur into beautiful bottles.
  2. Put it in a cold place and shake it every now and then. Doesn`t last very long, because it is delicious! Mmmmmhh! (Makes approx. 2 bottles of 0.5 liters each)
