Ingredients

  • 1 bottle schnapps (grain)
  • 3 bars chocolate, (mocha cream)
  • 2 cups cream
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar

Instructions

  1. Heat the cream until hot, then remove from heat and add the 3 mocha cream chocolate bars. Stir until the chocolate is completely dissolved.
  2. Add the sugar and vanilla sugar, stirring to combine.
  3. Add the grain schnapps and mix thoroughly using a hand mixer until fully combined.
  4. Pour the liqueur into bottles for storage.
  5. Store in a cool place and shake occasionally before use.
