Ingredients

  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 egg whites, beaten into egg whites
  • 100 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 250 ml coffee, strong, cold
  • 2 tablespoon rum
  • 5 sheets gelatin, soaked in water, drained
  • 125 ml heavy cream, whipped until stiff
  • Chocolate decor (mocha beans)

Instructions

  1. Beat the egg yolks with sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy, add the coffee and rum. Put the gelatin sheets in a soup ladle, hold them in boiling water, dissolve, stir into the mixture and allow to set in the refrigerator. If you can draw a line through the mocha jelly with the spoon, fold in the egg whites and cream. Fill everything into bowls and decorate with mocha beans.
