Mojito

The Mojito recipe is a refreshing alcoholic cocktail with lemon and rum.

- Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out the juice with a fork or citrus juicer.
- In a glass with a capacity of about 8 ounces (220 ml), dissolve 1/2 teaspoon sugar and 1/2 lemon juice in a little soda (50 ml).
- Wash the mint thoroughly and remove dry leaves. Grind half of the total amount of mint in a mortar. Leave one sprig of mint to decorate the cocktail.
- Put a few mint leaves and pounded stems in a glass.
- Add some ice cubes.
- And pour in 1.5 oz (40-45 ml) Hawaiian rum.
- Top up with soda.
- And garnish with a sprig of mint.
- Mojito cocktail with rum is ready.
