  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed
  • 4 leeks
  • 1 ½ liter vegetable stock
  • 2 packs cream cheese
  • 2 packs processed cheese (herbs)
  • possibly cream

Instructions

  1. Wash the leek and cut into rings.
  2. Then fry the mince in a large saucepan. Add the leek and cook with it.
  3. Deglaze with the broth. Add the cheese to the hot soup and let it melt. Maybe thicken a little.
  4. If you want, you can refine it with cream.
  5. Baguette tastes good with it.
