Ingredients
- 1 kg minced meat
- 2 rolls
- 1 onion (s)
- 1 bell pepper (s), yellow or green
- 1 carrot (s), grated
- 6 tomato (s), dried
- 0.5 ½ bunch chives
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
- 1 teaspoon oregano, dried
- 1 teaspoon thyme, dried
- 1 teaspoon marjoram, dried
- 150 g cheese (Gouda), rated
- 1 egg (s)
- salt and pepper

- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
- Soak the rolls in lukewarm water. Finely chop the onion and herbs. Cut the bell pepper and the sun-dried tomatoes into small pieces.
- Squeeze out the soaked rolls and place in a bowl. Add the minced meat and all the other ingredients. Season with salt, pepper and garlic. Knead everything well. Moisten your hands with water and shape the dough into a roast. Place this on a baking sheet and bake for 30-45 minutes until golden brown.
- I prefer to eat duchess potatoes and lamb`s lettuce with it.
