Ingredients

  • 1 kg minced meat, half and half
  • some oil for frying
  • 3 bell peppers, mixed or single color
  • 2 onions)
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 jar mushrooms
  • 1 can tomato (s), chopped
  • 1 can tomato (s), sieved
  • 2 packs processed cheese
  • some tomato paste
  • pepper
  • Broth, powder
  • Herbs, Italian

Instructions

  1. Chop the onions and peppers into small pieces.
  2. Fry the minced meat in a little oil in a saucepan. Add the onions and stir briefly. Then add both cans of tomatoes and the tomato paste and bring to the boil briefly. Add paprika, corn and mushrooms and then stir in the processed cheese.
  3. From now on just heat it up and don`t let it boil anymore. Season to taste with stock powder, pepper and Italian herbs.
  4. Tip: The soup is easy to prepare and is ideal for birthday parties, as it can be warmed up or kept warm.
