Ingredients

  • 250 g sheep cheese

  • 1 tablespoon vinegar (wine vinegar)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  2. Mash the peeled garlic with the sheep cheese until the mixture forms a paste
  3. Mix in the fresh herbs
  4. Stir in the vinegar and olive oil
  5. Optionally form the mixture into beads
  6. Serve with fresh baguette or ciabatta
