Ingredients
- 500 g carrot (s)
- 1 liter water
- water or broth to top up
- 3 g salt, preferably Himalayan salt
- meat bones or chicken breast fillet

- Let the peeled carrots simmer in the water for about 2 hours. Then puree and fill the soup back to 1 liter with boiled water or broth. Add the salt.
- Chicken can also be cooked for taste. Before I put the carrots in the pot, I cook a broth from meat bones, later remove the meat from the bones and serve it with the soup.
- The recipe helps with diarrhea or vomiting and is also suitable for toddlers.
