  • 5 tablespoon water
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 teaspoons paprika powder, noble sweet
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • 1 pinch coriander
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 2 tablespoon parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Steam the carrots cut into pieces in oil and water until soft. Add the squeezed garlic, vinegar and spices. Season to taste and sprinkle with parsley. Let it steep and serve cold.
