Most Delicious Curry Beef

This is the most delicious curry I’ve ever eaten! I ate a whole pot alone! 🙂 This is my personal recipe! He’s perfect! This is the real curry! Try making this at home. Your family and friends will be delighted! Or surprise your guests, they haven’t tried this before! Be sure to serve this dish with white bread croutons. It’s just delicious! 🙂 I highly recommend this curry to you! And one more advantage of this dish: you don’t need a side dish to it! This is an absolutely independent, complete dish! Enjoy it!

Ingredients

  • 500 gr of good beef
  • 1 tablespoon. a spoonful of grated ginger
  • 1 medium-sized carrot
  • 1 medium-sized onion
  • any dry greens that you have at home (I usually use dill, parsley, celery, I can add basil), add a little of everything, but do not regret 🙂 I personally prefer a lot of dill and celery, I put them in a teaspoon, other herbs 1/2 teaspoon. spoons
  • 500 ml cream or milk or both (I had 300 ml cream and 200 ml milk)
  • 1 tablespoon. a spoonful of flour
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon. a spoonful of grated garlic
  •  1 t. A spoon of lemon juice (optional), I had half a lemon in the fridge, I squeezed lemon juice into the dish.
  • Curry seasoning – about 7 gr. – this is 1 sachet of seasoning. (if you like it spicy, you can add 1.5 or 2 sachets)
  • white bread or a baguette for croutons (count on 3 pieces of bread for 1 portion of 200 g)
  •  3/4 cup water

Directions

  1. cut the beef into small pieces
  2. lightly fry the beef in a saucepan in vegetable oil
  3. cover the beef and simmer for 20 minutes
  4. finely chop the onion
  5. grate carrots on a coarse grater
  6. add onions and carrots to the beef
  7. add salt, pepper, mix everything
  8. simmer over low heat for 20 minutes
  9. grate the garlic on a fine grater
  10. grated ginger root
  11. add water, garlic, ginger, dry or fresh herbs (whichever you have), lemon juice
  12. mix everything and simmer for 40 minutes (so that the beef becomes very soft
  13. and just melts in your mouth, it must be stewed for a long time)
  14. add curry, 1 table. a spoonful of flour
  15. mix everything well
  16. add cream or milk to the beef pot, pouring in slowly and stirring constantly to
  17. avoid lumps
  18. cook the mixture for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally
  19. turn off the curry, let it stand for 10 minutes, and at this time it’s time to cook the croutons)
  20. in a frying pan in vegetable or olive oil, fry white bread (count on 3 slices for each person). Be sure to fry the croutons! This dish cannot be “eaten” without them.taste the curry. if there is not enough salt or spiciness, add more curry and salt.
  21. if, on the contrary, the dish is too spicy, take 3 potatoes, peel them, chop finely and cook in curry until tender. This is exactly how I got out of the situation when I poured as many as 2 packets of curry into the pan, I am not a fan of spicy food, so it was too much for me) I added potatoes to the curry, brought it to readiness, and the taste became much softer! So do not worry, you can always bring this dish to mind to your taste!
