Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 50 g semolina (wheat semolina)
  • 50 grams sugar
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • cinnamon

For the filling:

  • Confectionery (10 Mozart balls)

For the crumbles: (crumbs)

  • 70 g mararine
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 50 g nuts
  • 50 grams sugar
  • cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients for the dough well and let rest for 15 minutes. Then wrap 1 Mozartkugel each with batter and let the dumplings soak in the initially boiling water for 15 minutes.
  2. Toast the crumbs with margarine, sugar, nuts and cinnamon in a pan and twist the cooked dumplings in it.
