Ingredients
- 14 medium cocktail tomatoes, red and yellow
- 14 scoops mini mozzarella
- Crema di balsamic vinegar
- some stalks basil
- some pepper, optional

- Drain the mozzarella balls very well, for at least 5 minutes.
- In the meantime, cut a lid off the cocktail tomatoes. At the same time the stalk is removed and very carefully pitted a little with the end of a spoon.
- Put some crema di balsamic vinegar into the hollowed out tomatoes. Place a mozzarella ball on each tomato and press lightly. Carefully put the basil leaves on a skewer and place the stuffed tomato on top.
- If you want, you can sprinkle some pepper on the mozzarella.
