  • 50 g butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, or more
  • 1 packet basil (frozen)
  • 250 g mozzarella
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Halve the tomatoes, remove the stalk and hollow out. Grate the pecorino, peel the garlic cloves. Mix the pecorino and butter in a blender, then press in the garlic cloves.
  2. First dice the mozzarella, then put it in the blender with the basil. Use the knife insert to grind to a thick paste. Then season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the paste into the hollowed out tomato halves and place in a baking dish. Gratinate at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.
