Ingredients
- 200 g mozzarella
- 8 slices toast bread, stale bread or white bread in a box
- Flour, for turning
- 2 egg (s)
- 1 tablespoon milk
- salt
- 4 tablespoon olive oil, for frying

- Cut the mozzarella into slices the size of the bread slices. Cover one piece of bread with a slice of mozzarella and cover with a second piece of bread. Dip the edges of the bread briefly in cold water and press together well. Turn the pieces of bread in flour.
- Whisk eggs with milk and salt. Turn the mozzarella bread in it. Let the oil get hot in a pan. Fry the loaves on both sides until they are nicely browned. Serve hot.
