Ingredients
- 250 g pasta, e.. Farfalle
- 250 g mozzarella
- 250 g cherry tomato (s)
- 200 g mushrooms
- 200 g rocket
- 60 g pine nuts
- 7 tablespoon vinegar (herb vinegar)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 130 ml olive oil
- 5 tablespoon water
- 25 g basil

- Cook the pasta in salted water until firm to the bite and allow to cool.
- Prepare the salad dressing with vinegar, salt, sugar, pepper, olive oil, water and basil.
- Let cold noodles soak in the dressing for 1-2 hours.
- Dice the mozzarella, wash and halve the cocktail tomatoes, clean and chop the mushrooms. Clean and chop the rocket.
- Add everything to the dressing.
- Finally, roast pine nuts in a pan and pour over the salad.
