  • 300 g wheat flour
  • 0.5 ½ cube yeast
  • 150 ml milk
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 scoops mozzarella
  • oregano
  • basil
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour with a large pinch of salt and a small pinch of sugar. Warm the milk in a saucepan, but do not let it get too hot (heat destroys the yeasts). Crumble in the yeast and dissolve in it. Gradually add the yeast milk to the flour while stirring until a smooth dough is formed. Possibly add a little more flour or milk. Cover and let the dough rise in a warm place for at least 30 minutes (can also be done in the oven on the lowest setting).
  2. Then knead the dough vigorously and divide into 4 equal portions. Then roll out all 4 parts on a floured work surface into oblong rectangles. Cut the mozzarella into strips and sprinkle on the yeast dough pieces. Then season well with oregano, basil, salt and pepper. Roll up the rectangles from the long side and press firmly together, also press the ends together well on the sides.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 ° C for approx. 20 minutes. Serve hot!
