- 2 egg (s)
- 50 ml water
- 1 ½ cup breadcrumbs
- Herbs, mixed (e.g. oregano, basil, parsley), dried
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ garlic salt
- 100 grams flour
- some cornstarch
- Oil for deep-frying
- 3 scoops mozzarella, in brine

- Mix the eggs and water in one bowl, in a second the breadcrumbs with the herbs and garlic salt. Flour and cornstarch in a third. Dry the cheese well, cut into thick sticks.
