Chicken Sticks

Appetizing, juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside, these sticks are perfect for lunch or dinner with any side dish. They are prepared literally in half an hour, the hostess will not get tired, and the household will be happy.

Servings: 4-6

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet – 700-800 grams
  • Egg – 1 Piece
  • Salt – 0.5 Teaspoons
  • Ground black pepper – 1-2 pinches
  • Breadcrumbs – 0.5 Cups
  • Vegetable oil – 150 Milliliters

Directions

  1. Peel the chicken fillet, wash and dry. Then cut into strips. Size – about 6-7 cm long and 2 cm wide
  2. Beat the egg into a bowl, add salt and pepper. You can also add other spices (ground coriander or ready-made chicken spices). Whisk.
  3. Pour bread crumbs into another bowl. You can add ground paprika to them, then the sticks will be bright in color.
  4. Heat a skillet with oil over medium heat. Take a strip of chicken fillet, dip it in the egg mixture.
  5. Then roll in breadcrumbs.
  6. And put it in a well-heated frying pan with butter. Fry on all sides.
  7. Put the fried sticks on a paper towel, let them absorb excess fat. Serve with vegetables or any side dish.
