Ingredients

  • 200 g cream cheese with herbs
  • 3 scoops mozzarella, each 125 g
  • 1 glass tomato (s), sun-dried, pickled in oil
  • 10 basil leaves
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled
  • Olive oil or oil from the tomatoes
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Roughly cut or tear the mozzarella and pour into a tall container. Now add the cream cheese and the peeled garlic and puree with a blender. Roughly chop the tomatoes and fold in together with the basil - also puree well. If the dip is too firm, mix in olive oil or the oil from the tomatoes to the desired consistency. Finally, season with salt and pepper.
