Ingredients

  • 6 small tomato (s)
  • 150 g mozzarella
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil, cold-pressed
  • 2 tablespoon vinegar (wine vinegar)
  • 2 tablespoon mozzarella whey
  • 2 tablespoon basil leaves, roughly chopped
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the tomatoes and cut off a lid from each tomato, hollow out the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Finely dice the mozzarella. Mix together the oil, vinegar and the whey and season with salt and pepper, add the basil leaves.
  3. Put the mozzarella cubes in the marinade and let it steep for at least an hour.
  4. Pour the mixture into the hollowed out tomatoes and serve garnished with basil leaves.
