- 2 packs mozzarella
- Berries, pink
- Spring onions)

- Doesn`t it get boring to offer the obligatory mozzarella and tomato slices variation at every buffet?
- Here THE alternative:
- Use the melon ball cutter (or whatever the device is called!) To form small balls out of the melon.
- Arrange these on a nice platter with the sliced mozzarella.
- The mozzarella balls that can now be found everywhere are also very nice.
- On top then a little olive oil, the spring onion cut into rings and the pink berries. Finished!
