Ingredients

  • 2 tomato (s)
  • 1 scoop / n mozzarella, (25 g)
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 teaspoon oil (olive oil)
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • basil

Instructions

  1. Halve the 2 tomatoes and cut into small slices.
  2. Arrange the tomato slices overlapping on a deep plate or soup plate.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Cut the mozzarella into slices and arrange over the tomatoes.
  5. Sprinkle fresh basil over the top to taste.
  6. Microwave at 750 watts for 3 minutes until the cheese has melted.
  7. Serve immediately with bread and dry white wine.
